Not bad but, overhyped and overpriced. They buy bulk whiskey from other distilleries such as MGP in Indiana (massive 3rd part distiller) and put it in used port wine barrels. Then they bottle it. I believe they will begin trying to distill the whisky in-house for future releases some day. One of many non-distiller producers selling "a story".
Read the bottle to see where your whiskey has actually been distilled. Just because it says "XXXX Distilling Company" brand does not mean they actually distilled the product you are buying. I prefer buying from makers, not fakers.
