I accidentally ran my last set of front rotors below minimum thickness due to the outside lip touching the calipers I was measuring with before the tips touched the rotor which I didn't realize. I probably would have caught the few cracks that I found earlier turning the rotors by hand and inspecting the inside using a flashlight with the front wheels removed but thankfully I noticed them from the front before they catastrophically failed. There were more cracks not yet visible from the front that I found after removing the old rotors. I had a slight vibration under braking during the session before I found them.
