My front rotors that I installed about 1 year ago look like the one ATl_1LE posted and still have 2/3 of their usable thickness remaining (original vs. discard). I'm using stock pads which don't wear the rotors quickly. The picture shows heat checking and it is normal if you track the car. It is fine as long as there are no cracks all of the way to an inside or outside edge and as long as the rotors are above minimum thickness.

Robster, measure your rotor thickness to confirm but you're probably fine.
