Current indications via dealership employees on this forum is that there will be a 2024 model year. Even then, the ZL1 1LE is not easy to get allocations for, so if you want it new, I'd say this is a good time to start researching "proper" dealerships that actually stand a chance of getting one, whether it's a 2023 or a prospective 2024.
