With only 30% port, it's pretty much just that easy, each tuner I know has their own way to deal with the tune and manage the torque aspect of it (as there's many different suitable options) but at that low level, it's really quite easy.
On Greg's car the work that Phil did on his E85 tune had it already well prepared for port injection, I honestly didn't have to do anything torque related to his car to have an adequate reported torque.
Once you're at 1000+ RWHP with a stock LT1 high side on full E (80%) you'll need about 65% port and that requires a good understanding handling the torque tables to achieve the required torque to keep the automatic transmission happy (manuals are easy).
