I won't be at the track but do like the occasional off/on ramp and am mostly looking for some added grip for the throw me back in my seat rush.

I am located in MN and will be using it in spring - fall with no winter driving but don't want to have to park it for rain. Is the pilot sport 4s the best for me or is there something else that will get me more grip and still be able to handle daily driver duties? And do I want to go with 285 fronts and 305 backs?

I'm guessing that some deals will become available for black Friday week, will they be ok sitting until spring in my unheated garage?

Any input or recommendations for where and when to buy as well as what to buy is appreciated!
That's a real good setup, it won't require too much fussing around, those are absolutely solid tires. I went 295 up front because I couldn't find the 285s anywhere, but it's not ideal for racing to run a wider tire than the rim, because the sidewall is weaker under hard cornering, so 285s up front would be fine. Given the power of the car, this is plenty of grip...adequate grip for the weight and power. If it were supercharged, you'd want more. I only have good things to say about the PS4S. Hell, I took novice class last year on em.
