I'm confused as hell. For a month now, If I get a live agent, my order HAS been accepted. If I get the virtual agent, my order has NOT been accepted?
a chevy chatbot live agent told me this evening my order event code is now 2030 as of 10/26/22

my salesman (at Criswell) told me on the 28th..........NOT accepted yet. he swears they have an allotment for me or they would not have let me order a car. you calling Boloney or truth?

Is all this normal? or simply part of the process?
