I agree. I'll do the same things with mine. Yeah, those other Katech billet pieces are pretty but pricey, for sure. The TSP version should work just fine, I'd imagine. I'd go that same route, too.
It's still a bit in the future for me, but I'd probably do everything you're doing except I really want a 2650 and port injection on mine. Do I need it? Nope. Do I waaaaant it?
I'll probably start with a 2650 and a JMS on my car next spring. Then the following year do a 103/big gulp/headers/flex sensor/port inj. Then a year later pull it all out and do the cam, heads, etc., and maybe a clutch at that point- either because I need it already or because I will need it after that round of mods.
I would have to pull a lot of stuff off again with this approach, but I enjoy breaking it up over time for the fun of the build and tuning process.
