Mods that will keep your warranty intact will be subjective in nature, like a Rotofab for more super charger whine, or a cat-back exhaust for louder exhaust noise.
No mods will give you significant power and keep your warranty, so from a performance perspective no 'warranty friendly' mods are really 'worth it' IMO.
