$1000 deposit on an order is normal and is usually the maximum required amount of money to order. An additional $5k isn't usually required after the order is accepted isn't.
ZLEs can be harder to order and may be constrained, where a ZL1 might get allocated. It's usually easier to order a regular ZL1.
