I’ve opened a case because I have gotten absolutely no feedback in 6 weeks. They are actually telling me when I call that ONLY my tech has information and he is unavailable and will call me back. He has not called back in a week. I have received no communication from the dealer about my vehicle in over 5 weeks. I am receiving nothing from anyone. At what point do I acknowledge that if they can do this for the first 6 weeks they probably plan to do it for 6 months. My car is under warranty until 100k 2028. This is absurd handling of a warranty vehicle much less a vehicle like a ZL1 with 15k miles. This situation is embarrassing, and has decided already if I ever purchase another vehicle from GM again. At what point are we going to stop blaming “Covid” and supply chain issues for PEOPLES IRRESPONSIBILITY to do THEIR JOBS. Not having parts available for a vehicle you warranty and sell, MUCH LESS has the same part in several other models, absolutely inexcusable. All of this is ASSUMING that is their excuse for taking this long to even relay a piece of information (which they haven’t in 5 weeks)
