Are you running OEM tire size in the Nittos? Or?

How wide can you go, or more realistically, how wide is appropriate with the stock LT1 suspension and fender clearances?

Will the Nitto 555R2 has reasonable ability to handle rain and cold temperatures? (MY car would not be used in really cold or really slippery weather)

How much tread life would I be giving up compared to OEM run flats or Michelin PS4S?

Tire size is in my sig below. I cant vouch for rain or cold perf, but it looks like others have.

I could break the oem runflats loose at 40 mph with stock power. I can sell you my Racestars. I had NT05 305/30/20, which you could swap out for 305/30/20 NT555R2s. That was my plan but got tired of the backorders. Now i want to keep the 17s in back. I like the look and the hook too much to go back to 20s.
