This whole crack/pop tuning reminds me of the early ricer days with hondas and their obnoxious exhausts - they do nothing for performance, and everything for attention which I hate.

Depending how you drive will depend on how much "Snap, Crackle, Pop..." you get, you can virtually avoid it by driving a certain way, or you can make it over the top by driving aggressively with the downshifts...
