MSD + 103 is great. We commonly pick up 30rwhp on 93 octane with an msd, 103, rotofab, 160 thermostat, and retune. Its hard to say what youd pick up since you already have a tune + headers, but it would probably be an extra 20 or so.

A better bang for the buck is the LT2 + 95mm throttlebody, the 95 is just a bit trickier to tune. It is the same as the MSD intake up until 6200~6500~, the MSD picks up 5~ hp more up top.
