I ordered a 2023 1SS a month ago and was notified that GM would not accept the order because the Carbon Flash 20 " wheels are on constraint. They accepted the order when I agreed to the standard wheels. The upgrade to the Carbon Flash was $ 380. (I am in Canada so I have converted to US $ ) I was lucky enough to find a set of 20 " Carbon Flash brand new take offs locally for $730 US so the wheels are here but will be waiting months for the car.
