Glws!
I've been reading about the noises an open filter makes on the ZL1 and I'm so torn about installing the rf I have in the garage. Ugh

Thanks! It's a beast and the most comfortable super bike I've ever had. I traded a Ducati V4S for it. The V4S is probably the best looking bike I've ever had and a damn sight more comfortable to ride compared to the old 1199/1299 Panigales but they're still primarily track focused bikes and sorta miserable to ride on the street unless you're going like 90 all the time lol. The RR however is reasonably comfy to cruise around on with having to act like you're in the Isle of Man TT to keep it cool
As far as the noises, it's pretty bearable at first but after a while it started to annoy me. The intake sounds are cool, especially under WOT but it's at partial throttle that you hear that vacuum squeal and in reality I'm not WOT most of the time lol. My IATs are identical with the CAI intake compared to the rotofab and almost all the vacuum sound is gone (and for my preferences, it looks better) so it works for me. Install of the rotofab is easy, only takes about 30 mins. I'd say put it on and enjoy it until it annoys you then swap it!
