Your vehicle has been produced. At this time, we do not have an update for shipping. Your dealership has the tools available to see when the shipping status has been updated.

We are still awaiting a shipping update. GM audits all production vehicles to insure the absolute best quality prior to shipment. If issues are identified they are corrected prior to shipment. Delays can be extended based on potential material and labor availability. Was there anything else I may be able to assist with today?
I have been getting the exact same message!! Mine was built as of July 10th (as far as I know, it could have been earlier because my dealer did not think to tell me until I called and asked) and ordered Feb 5th. It was moved to New Boston MI as of Aug 25th but "no shipping update".
