Tons of dealers say they can "order a car" but don't have an allocation sitting there, which then means nothing.

It's not that hard to find honest dealers. This forum has been the best resource for me to find them. They're out there for sure, you may have to get the car shipped but that's no issue for me when spending $70k on the car.
