yes. a friend of mine has put 20k? miles on his car with cai intake, kooks long tubes, cats and no tune. no cel, no issues. also no hp gain as that car ran door to door with mine when mine was stock.
i still do not understand why anyone would spend the time and money on those parts, only to utilize the factory tune and ultimately end up with a car that still performs at a stock power level. *he bought the car with those mods.
