That's exactly it. Whipple took their sweet time to come out with something good of our cars again, and during that time the 2650 set the standard for PD blowers for this platform. So, you absolutely have to compare the two when making a purchasing decision. Either you wait for what might be a release in 60-90 days (highly doubtful based on history), or you buy the 2650 and definitely have it in a few weeks. I saw several for sale today.

For those that have a 2650 now, they might want to know if they they should swap or not. That's me, always looking for the next option to shave more time off. Someone that says "leg humping" because of that discussion sounds like someone that prefers Whipple (also indicative by still running a 2.9) and is tired of hearing about a 2650 for the last 3 years.
