My standard ZL1 doesn't rattle though. I think the car was built for the standard ZL1 first obviously. The 1LE package was added later. They weren't going back to redesign the interior for rigidity and NVH because of a track package. No one owning a 1LE should be complaining about squeaks and rattles because the 1LE was designed to be driven on a track where none of that will matter. Those that are complaining bought the wrong car for street driving.
