I recently had a code come up that was emissions related. It turns out that running the car with the dual mode exhaust with the quad pipes can cause a code to pop up. It has to do with the inner two pipes on either side get warm, but not hot. I kept running my car in that mode and condensation built up. So I plugged in my new and never used LAUNCH Creader 3001 (2022 version) that I bought a year ago and got the code # and looked it up. All it was is condensation in the exhaust system. Just had to run my cat for 40 mins on thr highway for 45 mins in SPORT mode which obviously will get the whole system hot and dry. I then cleared the code and erased it. I bet that saved an expensive trip to the dealer.
Scotty Kilmer from YouTube recommended it and sure enough it helped me out.
*No batteries required! Runs off the OBD2 port directly.
