Bolt-on cars with weight reduction on a drag pack...sure. Full weight on 20" wheels...No. Remember that removing weight is like adding power. Every 100 lbs shed is like adding 25hp. Rotational weight is double that. So a bolt-on car with 200lbs of weight reduction on a full drag pack with race brakes making 480whp can run with full weight cars making 600whp.
