I have a Escalade EXT with the 6.2. It’s got 138k miles, much of it highway from prior owners. I have tossed around keeping it and tossing turbos or a supercharger at it. Not looking for monster power or drag strip times. Just looking for some more pep in the whale. Seems like for about $10000, I could twin turbo, boost controller, new water pump, oil pump, lifters and cam installed and tuned. Or about $8000 for supercharger, extra to install and tune. I want to still to be a daily that I can hop in and road trip at 80mph if needed. I keep looking at new 2500hd trucks so just don’t know where I’m going with it yet. The speed shop I called for info and quotes was pushing turbos route but looking around it seems most go with supercharging the platform.
