every other speed and shifting is butter. Originally I though I was hanging up so not to put in reverse from 4th to 5th. But I have gotten 5th stretched out and 6 gear was hard to go into as well. If I granny shift no problems basically what to blead off a rpm/speed.

Inertia shouldn't be effected by MPH on a clutch. Your clutch spins at engine speed, so in any gear, the clutch is spinning between idle speed and redline.

If I were a betting man, I would think that maybe you are heat soaking your clutch line, and by the time you hit those speeds, there is enough heat in the clutch fluid to make it not disengage as far, which would cause issues.
