The intake makes no difference in performance, it's only good for sound and is not needed until post 750 or 800 horse believe it or not.

You live in state as well, so you will have to deal with the same pain in the rear that everyone else has to deal with here eventually, once your 6 year abatement is over. I'm just trying to keep things as simple and legal as possible honestly. Once I have to wrench because I have to and not because I want to then it becomes a chore and no longer fun for me.
