ALOT of people don't want an over computerized/synthetic everything driving experience, reminds me of the movie Demolition Man - and don't care how quick it is 0-60

Yea that is one of the reasons I sold my 2019 C7 grand sport...it was so numb, unless I turned everything off, but even then it was still muted. The auto in that car killed it. Luckily there are better ones in the zl1s, but then we get back to the over computerized stuff you're mentioning. Thinking back on it, I wonder when cars hit their "peak" in terms of being totally badass without all the other stuff interfering with the experience. Come to think of it, my manual trans 08 c6 was pretty amazing with some modifications (brakes, bolt ons, tune). I also had an 06 EVO IX that was AMAZING for a stock car. That was probably the only car I've owned that was so good off the lot I never felt the need to modify it.
