Thank you for the input sir. I feel better now that the battery reads 12.2 while not running.
I searched the radio issue and the consensus was it needed to be updated. When I tried to manually update in the setting it stated vehicle conditions didn't allow for an update.
What worried me were all the service soon issues on the my Chevrolet app which appeared after. Just not sure how reliable this thing is.
