I want it to specifically monitor boost pressure and intake air temperatures, but the last several posts make it seem like it may not properly read boost with some supercharger setups.
Does anyone have experience with using this with the Edelbrock supercharger kit?

Not going to be a problem. Most aftermarket kits use an LT4 MAP sensor to read boost and that is definitely a monitored pid.
