I did almost the exact same time and mph at that same track with my showroom stock ZL1 about two months ago in similar DA. This is all they have from the factory unfortunately.
And for the a10 at least, in order to go a lot faster or make a lot more power you need a TCM tune as well as an ECM tune. This car is so smart and has so many protections in place to stop it from making more power and going faster, its unreal.
No matter what you do to a stock tune car, its going to keep itself within its thresholds and hold you in this same bracket.
There is some trickery with cooler air and E30 that can be done to lean out the car during open loop to go a tad bit faster, but what you see is basically it.
Now once you get a tune and TCM tune and run some headers and e60 or e85, you can easily run 9's on a tire. Jorge proved that in his youtube videos.
