Who is the tuner that did this to your ZLE? You have a Katech Stage 5 so I assume it's them.
As a tuning expert qualified to make changes to your ZLE ECU and TCU, don't they have access to the stock settings or ability to find these themselves? If not, I recommend you don't let them fix it, find a new tuner. If Katech can't make this right, I'm surprised and disappointed.
