I think once you go V8 you can’t really go back. Because while the V6 will be a nice car you will certainly miss the V8 rumble and power. If you are not particular about the trim level and you are trying to keep it cheap as possible get an LT1 or if you can afford the wait order one to ensure you are paying MSRP, no markups and no unreasonable used car prices.
