Chat agents wont always be willing to share the event code but one is usually able read between the lines of where your at that point in time.

As long as your order is was accepted, you should be getting built within a few days. My 1SS got built today with a accepted order placed in early April. Production shifts to the 23's pretty soon...June 17th from what I am hearing.
