The bolsters are supported by metal rods bent in a hoop, so there's only so far that the padding can compress before you're up against solid metal. I ended up taking the drivers side sear out, pulling the lower cushion up and bending the hoops out. That helped somewhat, but I wish the hoops had been welded on further to the sides in the first place.

I’m kind of a small guy at 145lbs and 5’7”, and for me they’ve been great, definitely surpassed my expectations! I drove the car 1800 miles and 28 hours (over 3 days) after picking it up out of state, and at no time was I physically feeling beat, I was quite surprised especially that it’s a ZL1 1LE.
But yeah we’re all built differently
