What do you mean exactly by high side support?
Also what do you mean by "utilizing" the cam?
Do you really think the smaller pulley, LT's W/X-pipe, and intake would get me 700whp uncorrected?

Usually your high side rail will lose pressure first, which is the reason for a cam with a bigger fuel lobe, or better flowing high side pump and injectors. If you're not pushing enough power to need a higher fuel ceiling, then it's not necessarily needed. Cam will add some power, but the biggest thing to me is the added fuel. My high side was dropping around 660-680 whp with ethanol, so if you're running ethanol which you said you won't right now, or pushing enough boost to put you past that threshold, more fuel is needed.
