You will want to run track weight oil 15w50 (most likely you have 0w40 in it now)
Diff fluid change: worth doing before or wait till after

High temp brake fluid/brake bedding: deff doing this, miami is already too hot
Yes, swap out the fluid for something more robust. I use: Castrol SRF Racing Brake Fluid
extra brake cooling ducts install: do they make enough of a difference?
Are you talking about the SS air dams? If so, ya go for it.
