i would flip the front suspension hats to the track alignment and get a track alignment done.

I did not use the 15w50 weight oil because i was not on the sticky SC3R tires. If you are on the stickier tires, I would switch to the heavier weight oil since this is what is recommended/warrantied.

i would get the rear end fluid done. I waited till my car was around 8k miles before my first track day to do it, and it was gnarly in there.

for brake fluid i would go with castrol srf, or one of the high end fluids people recommend on here because some of the cheaper dot 4 stuff will still have issues or require more frequent flushes.

i am not sure what you would do for brake cooling ducts. i didnt do that personally.
