So we ended up swapping the FIC +30's out for XDI +65's on the C7Z06. High side was dropping a bit too much for comfort on E47 in cooler weather. I was commanding 2900psi with the +30's and it was running out of both injector and high side. Warmer months it was fine on E50.
With the +65's I am commanding the recommended 2175psi(LT1 pressure). Now we are starting to find the limits of the DSX Aux setup. Commanding 80psi and it slowly drops to 68-70psi which is still in range. High side stays within 200psi of commanded and injectors are hovering around 5.5ms area on E65.
With a triple pump tank setup and 44% cam full pump E wouldn't be a problem I wouldn't think. It might get close now in the summer(It was 55-60 degrees when logging)
Either way it's making some steam and E65 is a noticeable performance difference from E45 on this higher compression build (11:1). 60-130 pull from 3rd (M7) fights for traction.
Also note the +65's require a little more tune work to get the driveability right. They require a minimum of .8 MS to fire correctly and with the stock rail pressure settings you will see .5 in spots causing some issues. Once sorted they work perfect.
To recap the setup:
11:1 LT4
Mag 2650 running 5% lower/80mm upper.
LPE ported heads
Cordes stage 2 cam 32%.
LPE HPFP, XDI +65, Cordes Aux low side
Cordes 5" cai, 103mm tb
LT headers, into catless Billy Boat Npp.
