Depends on your combination. We have had good results with a few blower porters including our own. It all depends on your combination. A max effort port is meant to be spun to death, you wont utilize its additional airflow unless you death spin it. A generic ported blower works well with relatively stock or mild modifications. Max effort ports may even hurt mildly modified cars until you add a giant cam, "death pulleys", etc.
Same thing with any part of the engine (using a giant cam with tiny heads, large port heads with a tiny cam, etc). You need to think about the combination, and not just the blower.
