Secondly Im on my second ZL1. The first was a 2018 1LE and the current is a 21 ZL1. So I know a thing or two about these and how they ride... I was also going to add another 22 SS1LE but that fell through. So its just a single 21 ZL1 a10 at the moment.
Uhhh, I said "dive planes", you didn't. As was pointed out, I was correcting your typo, and even said I was chocking it up to a typo. Your car in your tag there was apparently updated, but it did say SS 1LE at the time of your comment, not ZL1, hence my statement.
Nobody was talking about how great the ZLE is on the street, if anything, in this thread I have pointed out that its not a ride thats for everyone, and only certain people will like it more, but that I like it more because of the DSSV. So for ME, its better on the street (I also have some back roads with very few cars and nice turns to play on when I want to that are around me).
It is also true though, you tried talking shit, I just shut that shit down is all....actually, you've tried talking shit twice now, both of which were because you failed to read properly.
What my preference is, isn't going to be everyones. I just am not a fan of the regular ZL1, I found it super boring, and over time I discovered it was because I crave the feel of the road that the DSSV provides is all....thats why I had went back to a Z/28 after the regular ZL1, and why I wouldn't ever go with a regular ZL1 again. I am not a super big fan of the spoiler on the ZLE (its actually the reason I got a regular ZL1 the first time), because with my seating position, it blocks the rear view mirror, so I may end up going with a 19+ ZLE with the A10, which is what I had originally been looking for.
I didn't pay more for the ZLE personally because I didn't buy it new....I wouldn't buy a new 6th gen of any model, they are too overpriced and not worth it imo. Hell, I'm not even really a fan of what they look like, I'm just a camaro enthusiast is all and have owned over 20 from all gens, even 2nd gen v2, and I HATE the look of 2nd gen v2.

Bummer your new ride fell through though.
