Check out the
Track Preparation Guide (High Performance Owner's Manual Supplement) before your track day along with your regular manual to make sure you have all of the required prep completed. Using 5W-30 oil on track is putting your engine at risk and voiding its warranty! "0W-40 or 5W-40 that meets the dexos2TM specification. If this oil is not available, you can use Valvoline® SynPowerTM MST 5W-40 or Mobil 1® 15-W-50 engine oil)". The regular manual says you need to drain 15W-50 oil after each track day to switch back to 0W or 5W so that is definitely not ideal. The oil life monitor will go to 0% after 1 year if you don't drive enough mileage to make it reach 0% sooner.

Here is a used oil analysis with 4k miles including 7 track days and 7 autocross days and the company advised him that he could go longer between oil changes:
