They are the same exact arm just the 22MY version that includes the holes. I went this route as they are cheap and easy to replace but I'm sure you could drill their mounting holes without an issue. The deflector kit uses a nut and bolt as the arms aren't threaded so it should be fairly easy to DIY. You would just need the proper measurements to place the holes.
