The bolts are TTY so I replaced those as well, install wasn't hard but one snag was my ratchet & socket didn't fit on the knuckle nut facing the lower control arm so a wrench took its place. I used a single jack which was fine other than aligning the arm during reinstall. I placed the knuckle bolt and nut on first, I then used a larger diameter screw driver to pull the arm into place as only half of the arms hole was aligned without help.
After that easy sailing torqueing everything to spec then putting on the deflectors. I did this without calipers installed as they are off getting powder coated but it didn't seem like it would have hindered any progress. The results are below they easily clear the stock 20in ZL1 rims I can't speak for any other sizes at this time but they fit like a glove in my case.

Are the new lower arms different in any other way than just the holes? I think I may want to drill the existing arms as long as the new ones don't have any additional reinforcement.
