Aside from that, there are threads that have the information you're looking for. I run some cheap Drag Stars in a 17 x 10 with the 305s you've already noticed. I can tell you the caliper clearance is almost non-existent. There are labels on the calipers, from the factory, and the wheels have rubbed the labels on both calipers. That's pretty tight. These don't have the clearance of the Welds I've heard about though. I didn't have to modify anything else, though, minus the harness relocation in the driver's side wheel well that is common.
