OIR racetrack
I was at OIR last October with NASA for a opening event. The pits aren't to bad
on one side of garages its flat but only for short trailers, the other side falls off
fairly quickly but plenty of room for long trailers. When I was there no fuel at the track, if fact the bathrooms weren't up and running yet, only porta pottys.
As for +93 i'm not aware of anything close, the track is out away from the normal tourist area's so figure about 30 min drive to restaurants.
Now to the good part! The track is unbelievable! More than likely your first session will be follow the leader with a pace car to get familiar with the track,
and believe me you will need it, it is difficult. there are lots of long sweeping high speed corners, blind hills and corners, right past start finish line is a steep high speed downhill braking zone to a severe off camber left corner.
Watch all the videos you can find to get familiar with the track-- the videos don't accurately represent the elevation changes at all.
Good luck and keep it on the track!
