So my installation guy had to call TECH SUPPORT and they finally stated that this PARTICULAR product WOULD NOT work with my 2019 Camaro SS after they did some debugging and testing They apparently have ANOTHER one that will however so I am having THAT installed tomorrow. I will post up the product information on THAT one if it works. It appears that original unit DOES work on earlier year models. The tech support guy was surprized the unit I originally purchased would not work on my 2019 but he suggested that the other product WOULD so we will try that. |
That's really bizarre. The one you link to is the one I'm using in my 2020 and it's also the one that's in a friend's 2020.
Do you know what the issue was?
