I've abused PS4S for years now and I can 100% say they work even down to 19F. My tires aren't cracked and the traction at 19F is surprisingly good. On top of that I've also run them pretty aggressively on the track. Granted that was all in different C7, but even the Z06 on PS4S was good for sub 1:26 laps around SoW.
For about 99.9% of the Camaro population, PS4S is the right tire for any and all situations. Once you get to welding in a half cage and replacing your stock seats with a Sparco carbon bucket, you'll then know enough to choose your own tire.
