SUPER EASY! I repeat, SUPER EASY. I did mine by driving the rear of my car on ramps and laying on the ground. Took me about 35 minutes on my '19 SS and about a hour and a half on my '22 ZL1. The reason for the longer time? My SS didn't have NPP exhaust and didn't have the valves. The valves were a little bit of a pain to get the old exhaust out and the new one in.

Honestly, anyone can do it.

The fact that you have a lift, it's going to be 100x easier than even laying in the driveway. There are tons of exhaust install videos on youtube as well to help along if you can't figure it out. Instructions are super simple to follow and come with colored , good definition images to go off of.
