New car and long drive.....

After a long arduous journey, I think I’ve found the ZL1 to take home.

I previously had a build completed, but dealer switched up and wanted 10k over MSRP(I laughed) and played the game. Finally, I negotiated way down but things fell through when the day prior to taking delivery my company announced they were dissolving, so there went that deal.

After obtaining a position within a new company, my search continued. I made a few fumbles for sleeping on some real deals (out of state and upstate) but now finally found a car I’m willing to take home. Problem is the car is slightly over 300 miles away and I would like drive it home. That said, the break in period, it concerns me.

I’ve read through the posts about the topic which now has me wondering if I should just pay for it to be delivered or just drive her home. I have AAA which could buy me a 200 mile tow but I’d really like to drive er home.

Thoughts? Is it worth it to drive her home?
