As you've said MightyBobo, there's some variation in the level of detail you get back from Chevy Chat agents but this was really helpful today to hear where the train "was last seen" and then due date at it's next destination.
I'll continue to check in with Joe periodically (thank you Joe!) looking for that next all important rail-ramp unload milestone...
